The University of Portsmouth is linked to the history of naval activity in England. The University library is the indispensable building of knowledge sharing among the 20 000 students.

Designed by ABK Architects in the years 1970, the renovation of the 2 000 m2 of the ground floor of the library building by the architects Penoyre and Prasad proposes an arrangement entrusted to the interior designer Laure upright.

This task was an opportunity to rethink the Library’s overall space concept with USM Haller as storage furniture.
